OfficialReseller offers products for customers with the same or different payment methods, currency, or prices.
As the approved and authorized reseller, we can sell the premium accounts to customers from India, the USA, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, and remaining countries all over the world. For Indian customers we offer local Payment methods - UPI (Google Pay/Phone Pe/PayTM/BHIM), Credit Cards, Debit Cards (ATM Cards), Net Banking, RTGS, EMI, and Cash Deposit In Bank. For customers across the world, we do have standard global payment methods - AlertPay, PayPal, and Moneybookers. Please note that we have all the rights to change any of our Payment methods and selling prices at any time we want without any notice.
Processing of Orders
Processing of orders depends upon the payment method that the customer has selected to pay for the premium account. If the customer has opted for a global payment mode like PayPal/AlertPay/MoneyBookers/Credit Card/Debit Card then the order will be processed immediately after the payment is completed. The product information will be delivered instantly (but may differ from case to case and by circumstances). This information will be sent to the customer's registered email address and the same could be found in their Client Area. If the customer has opted for a local payment method like Cash Deposit In Bank/Net Banking facility then the customer should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or the customer should log in to their Client Area and follow the steps listed to notify the admin about the payment completion. Once any one of the above is done our system will verify the payment and the product information will be sent to the customer's registered email address and the same could be found in their Client Area. Please note that the total time for processing a purchase order paid using any of the payment modes would vary from 5 minutes to 12 hours (sometimes 24 to 72 hours - especially if it is the first order for digital products or gift cards in the website).
Verification of Identity and financial records
OfficialReseller reserves the right to ask for proof documents to verify the identity of the buyer (government-issued identity document that shows the name, address, and other identifiable information) and also the bank statements or the credit card statements to verify the payments are made by the bank account holder or the cardholder. The documents are strictly used for verification purposes and will not be sold to third parties or used for marketing reasons. If the need be these documents may be shared with the respective financial institutions/banks and legal authorities for any associated correspondence related to the payments made. Official Reseller has the right to process and deliver any order only after the required verifications are done and the findings are satisfactory. Verifications might take several hours to several days. Official Reseller reserves the full decision-making power to decline or hold any refund requests during this period.
